100% Angus beef....false advertisement ?

Does it annoy you (in the slightest) that the food service industry has capitalized on the broad term ';Only 100% Angus Beef';?...Considering that cattle may be ';certified'; as Angus by a 51% black coloring ratio. (Red Angus...?) It seems that quality now correlates more with hide color (or breed, even if impure) than a USDA beef grade? Why not advertise instead for 100% Choice Beef...? Maybe KFC will start promoting %100 Rode Island Red chicken...(for the superior tasting, leaner meat!)........I don't get it?

There is a difference in the taste of different breeds of beef. That said, it really doesn't matter as much because of the amount of fat they add. So you could taste the difference on a steak, but not as much on a burger.
It's always a gimmick.


Do they make mention of whether or not the cattle has been fed steroids?
ummm nope doesnt really annoy me... its mcdonalds.. nothing is ever 100% real....
