I had to pay 600 dollars plus more and plus a cancelation fee because helio made a mistake and said information that was not even in the advertisement, and employees saying things totally different false information in Helios contract and advertisement...What amount can i sew for false information, false advertisement and for paying for a Companies mistake?
What was in the contract is what counts. What they said doesn't matter. The only thing that's legally enforceable is in whatever agreement you actually signed.
