Welcome to the wonderful world of Spam. Assuming you are using Yahoo Mail, do not open anything unless you are absolutely certain you know the sender, and if you must open the email, do not click on any of the links. Doing so will at the very least confirm that your email adress is active, and will get you added to countless spam lists, or worse yet get your computer infectred with a virus.

Either get a pop up blocker or set filters up on your email. It's really simple. Yahoo will walk you through the steps
Ignore them.
