Is this false advertisement? ?

When i signed up to Sky i didn't want the whole package so i went for the kids channels and documentaries.





Now under the Kids section it includes Disney Cinema, which for some reason i cant get! Being a movie channel under the kids section i feel like i have been mislead by Sky. Why include Disney Cinema into the Kids section when in actual fact it doesn't fall into the kids category at all!! i know its only another 拢1 to add the movies to my package but that's not the point. I am paying for something which i'm not getting. Would you say this is falsely advertising?

No. If you read the stuff they gave you when you were going to sign up it lists the channels you actually get. So no false advertising there.Is this false advertisement? ?
no it's fair enough that disney cinema falls under movies. after all it is a movie channel. albeit for kids. But maybe sky could include it in the kids package as i doubt it's that much of an influential factor. if you have kids you are going to get the kids package anyway but you will probably not get movies just because it includes disney cinema. besides it's a channel you can live without, kids or no kids.
