*your hella not getting what you expected!*

SOOOO Can I SUE McDonald's for False Advertisement?✰✰✰✰✰✰✰Can I SUE McDonald's for False Advertisement???✰✰✰✰✰✰✰?
Nope. You cant sue because your burger was squishy. They advertised that you would get meat, buns, pickles, onions, ketchup, cheese, and mustard, which is exactly what you got.

As far as the 2nd pic, the girl is advertising her face. You made the assumption that her face matched her body, which was NOT showing. That is your bad that you assumed something.✰✰✰✰✰✰✰Can I SUE McDonald's for False Advertisement???✰✰✰✰✰✰✰?
There's nothing you can do about it. In pictures the food always looks the best it can look (considering it's nasty food) But I know when you get it, it looks disgusting and is just thrown together. Long ago I worked there and I know how the backline people just throw together the stuff as fast as they can and it's always sloppy and never looks like it does in the ads. It's all about being fast, not making it the right way.

I would recommend staying away from McDonalds don't you know how unhealthy and nasty is it? So many fat, calories, and next no zero nutrition.
no, you cannot. First of all, the third picture you have, doesn't help prove your point at all. and if the picture of the burger you actually received didn't have a bite out of it, it could possibly resemble the advertised burger. The advertisement shows what the burger contains and the burger you received (unless you ordered it differently) probably had the same stuff.

so no, you can't sue them. you have no reason to.
naw cuz i know alot of fast food restaurants that do that,i mean you can but i wouldn't if i were you, trust me you do not wanna get involved in a power struggle,it's the little guys versus the big guys
Do you honestly think that you are the only one that they do that to? If you read the small print you will see that the actual product may vary from the image you see on the television or advertisement.
Lmfao..!!

Yeah, that is just like that girl.. You crop that picture and you wouldn't think she is a fata.s.s...

This is the most perfect question I have ever saw on here..

Hell yeah.. let's call some lawyers and settle this once and for all.. McDonalds really plsses me off.. and plus their french fries are always cold.
U better eat somewhere else. I have this same problem too. If u live in California, just eat in ';Jack In The Box';, ';Curls Jr';, ';Subway';, ';KFC';, etc....

That's much better. It will be a huge problem if u try to sue them. Maybe police will come and many other problem will come.
You can sue anyone for anything these days-that old woman sued because she burned her c%26amp;*ch with hot coffee... She ordered hot coffee... And she won! Never in her million years on earth did ever think her c%26amp;*ch would be worth $85,000,000-even when she was young!!!
they will ahve much better lawyers than you and if its so easy i find that someone else has already done it, therefore if they had won then you wud know about it if u read the papers

y do u go to mcdonalds anyways?
it's not worth it. advertisements do this all the time. It doesn't matter how nice the burger looks, just how it tastes, and how good it is for you (well, at least I think)
do it.

you probably wont win. but go for it.

if it came with the bite in it then you could definetly win. haha.
hahaha if you try sue McDonald's they will somehow win the case so don't waste your time

THAT THIRD PIC OMG!!!!! LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I KEEP CLICKING ON IT HAHAHA ... I LOVE U 4 IT LOL

tc
LOL HAHAHHA :)) ya i think i dont noe oMG da last pic is HILARIAS HAHAHHAHAHAHA i DONT noe y it just id :))
Yeah, you can sue anybody for anything.
They use professional food decorators for their advertisements I seen a documentary on it.
lol, with some good luck you can
HAHAHA.

No. If you could, they'd be out of buisness ages ago.

Nice try.
You could as long as they don't have a ';object may look different than it appears'; sign underneath lol
they will overpower you. they will have like 80 lawyers.
lol hahaha i feel the same way

the picure looks soo much better =] ahahaha
LOL yes you should defiantly sue them.. in US you can pretty much sue anyone for anything

LMAO at last pic
You CAN if you want.

It'll just be a BIIIGGGG waste of money. You won't win. :)

UNLESS it came with that big ol' bite. In that case, yes, you can get you some money. :)
Screw Mcdonalds(:
Holla

In-N-Out FTW
Caveat emptor
I've felt like it

their ads imply that I'd be loving it

But i didnt - I was merely satisfied
lol dat must have been a result of years of false advertisement
if you could sue mcdonalds for that, you'd be able to sue 50 other places.
Lmao! I hate McDonalds. Stupid Ronald McDonald D:%26lt;

You should sue, I would be haapppyyy!
Lmao.

I absolutely agree with you.

The last pic is just hilarious lol.
thats stupid.
