Is this considered false advertisement? (Burger king)?

My husband and I had burger king the other day.. they are having there scratch off game and on the sign it says upgrade to a medium double your chances upgrade to a large and triple.. so I went to a medium he went to a large we got our food and our fries didn't have scratcheys.. so they didn't double our chances like the sign said it would and on the sign it had a picture of both the fries and drink with a scratchy this has happened one other time but I wasn't sure if I read the sign right.. so isn't that considered false advertisement or am I wrong? ThanksIs this considered false advertisement? (Burger king)?
The store may have just had leftover old containers that they wanted to get rid of.

Well if they do not have any of the mentioned ';double chance'; items and never did, then it may be considered false. There is also the chance that they were out, and more were being shipped.

Although if it really mattered to you, you probably should have mentioned it to the cashier/manager while you were there.

If it still does matter, you can always give the manager a call and ask what was going on. He may even give you a couple free drinks or fries so you get your extra winning chance. That is a big IF though, since you waited so long. But it's worth a try I suppose.
