Why are they sending false advertisement through email?

Because if they send it to 50 GAZILLION people, maybe 100 will be gullible enough to buy it. Since email is free, this is a pretty good business model, except, of course, that it's illegal. But, since it's so easy to create false identities on the internet, most spammers never get caught.
