Is this false advertisement?

i purchased a baby furniture set online that consisted of 3 pieces. the picture shows them and directly below it states what i get (crib, changer, 4 drawer chest). it's obvious what the crib is, and the 4 drawer chest, and then there's the last piece of furniture that has 6 drawers with a changing pad on it in the display. obviously that's the changer. well, part of my order came in today and instead of the changer that was pictured, it's a tv stand! why on earth would i need a tv stand in my baby's room. they state that this is their changer, however, that's not what's picture. is this false advertisement and if so, what should i do about this?Is this false advertisement?
Did the fine print state that the furniture you buy may be different from the photos? That might be their way of getting away with it. However I would complain and try %26amp; get my money back or the changer in the photo. If all fails report them to the Better Business Bureau and other websites that let you leave a bad comment about the company. Here in AZ you can call the local TV station and they will help you with the research. Good luck.Is this false advertisement?
This may have just been an accident that they sent you that just contact the company and tell them about what you recieved tell them you would like to send the stand back in exchange for the changer but dont send it til you recieve the changer. i order things all the time and once in a while they me the wrong thing I send it back after they have sent me the correct item
Call them...simple.
yes it is and call them company tell them to send you a rma# with a return packing slip and you want a refund. tell them you will never do business with them and if there is an option to put a review on teh website do that too.

Call the people you bought it from and complain.
Complain, write a letter, confront them online, call them over 20 times, blah blah. Do what ever you can to make sure that they knokw that your order is messed up and that you DO NOT need a TV stand and you NEED a changer!!! Also, tell them if their going to sell a TV stand...they better change the picture.
Call them and complain. .....if they won't do anything call 'advertising standards' or 'trading standards' or whatever is the equivalent in the U.S
Yes it is. I would send it all back and shop elsewhere.
