Should the department of trade and industry investigate cebu pacific for false advertisement?

cebu pacific advertised on newspaper and internet about their P500 peso all in promo for domestic destination with travel period first quarter of next year. the buying period starting october 22, 2008 ends today october 27, 2008.

after spending a lot of time filling out their booking form, the submit booking feature seems deactivated. to make matters worse, they cannot be contacted at their call center facility. Should the department of trade and industry investigate cebu pacific for false advertisement?
They should!!!

***with regards to their call center, i doubt that there are any agents even working there. Should the department of trade and industry investigate cebu pacific for false advertisement?
They're fully booked, that's what I heard. In any case, they should make an announcement pretty soon and inform their customers that they won't be receiving anymore bookings. It's the most viable thing do in the circumstances; it's their duty to be transparent to the buying public.

The DTI should look into this and investigate.

I
its a marketing stunt. usually, it has an asterisk. for the terms and conditions will apply. they failed to highlight that these fares are limited and on a book and buy basis. where, there are only 3 seats/flight for these fares. haha

its actually stated on the ad, only that its font 8. sucks for your sis, but technically they are not violating any policy.
Yes they should! They didn't refund my sister's money even though it's their own fault why she didn't get to board the plane in the first place, and not only that, when you try to call them, they won't pick up their blasted phone!
You should not be surprised when any company rips you off. They exist to make a profit and everybody knows, all is fair in the pursuit of profit. It's dog eat dog and buyer beware at every level. Welcome to my world.
YES!

And also, this is a job for Super Tilly Ling (as Kulit would do the honors).

Senator Mirriam Santiago should roast the owners at the floors of the Senate.
Sulpicio Lines Welcomes you!!!
shut it down, why waste all the taxpayers money just to investigate this phony airline.
