I was on autotrader.com and i found a truck that is probably worth 30,000$ or more if it runs at all. But on the asking price is only $5,000. I imagine on this site all actual sales are done on a seller buyer agreement. But is there a way i can legally make the seller keep his price at $5,000 since that is what its advertised for?False advertisement on autotrader.com?
It may not be a mistake. The truck may have been welded back together after being totaled in an accident. It could also be a stolen truck. I know someone who bought a Camry cheap only to find out a few years later that it was welded back together after being totaled.in an accident.
Pull a vehicle history report on it first, so that you don't get stuck with a lemon, a rebuilt truck, or a stolen truck.
