Hello KB, if someone has sent money to a company that used false advertising then there is a possibility that they will not receive any money back because most company's that use deceit advertising is a 'Fly-by-night' company, meaning they would use advertising to get people to buy something or just sending money to use their product on line. once they get your money they would pack up and leave either the state or to another town.
