Can I sue the car dealership for false advertisement? ?

On their website, they are posting vehicles for sale prices. When I went to the dealership to inquire about specific vehicles with the coupon from the website, they say that they do not have that vehicle anymore then they try to sell me something else at a much more expensive price. Can I sue the car dealership for false advertisement? ?
It is reasonable that they have already sold that vehicle.

Often, the prices on the advertising is for one or at most a few cars with similar or the same options. Someone got there before you.

The only time it gets to be false advertising or 'Bait and Switch' is if they are using a vehicle that wasn't available when they began advertising it, or the advertisement goes on for an extended time after the specific vehicles are gone. Can I sue the car dealership for false advertisement? ?
yes. Only if the dealership stated a specific order they're supposed to follow. Like if they tell you, you get free gas for a whole year and its in the contract that you sign, and you don't receive, then yes you have a lawsuit for false advertisment.
Just like pancake said it called bait and switch and is used by all car dealers.I guess you could take them to court, but you would have to prove that they had the car advertised in the first place.Just blow it off and look for another auto.
Some states have consumer protection laws that would allow the attorney general to sue for violations and false advertising. No state requires that a dealer who advertises a specific vehicle have an unlimited number of such vehicles available.
It's called bait and switch and is very common.

No. You can't sue them. I mean, really.
Typical car selling technique. No you can't sue them, but you don't have to buy their cars either.
It's a typical ploy they use to reel you into the dealership. You don't have any grounds to sue them.
Nope...it happens all the time, they simply cover their butts by saying the car was already sold.
yes it a gimmick and they get away with it.don't do Business with them.
