Most of his commercial is Bold face lies, and No where in there does he mention his plan to tax the ';rich'; Gut the military Cut and run and Give rise to the Commie lib agenda.Can Obama be sued for false advertisement or can you say anything in political advertisements?
The Truth in Advertising laws do not apply to politicians unfortunately or we could sue nearly every one elected to congress for the last 75 years to get their wages refunded. He appeals to the poor that would attack the rich and take whatever the have and call it justified and for them they say it is about time and they are many in number also. For them life is all about me and what I want. These people think they are going to be helped and they are not even thought of.
I really do not know, but it would be great if WE, the Legal Citizens of the USA, could Sue for Political False Advertisements or Statements.
