Does anybody know what is the law in uae if someone sells car by false advertisement and it is proved false ?

need more details here.

If they said in writing that the car had certain features etc and it didn't, then you might have a case. For example if you signed a contract to buy a car and it specifically listed air conditioning as one of the features, then you found out the car didn't have air conditioning, then you might be able to sue to get your money back.

But most likely anything verbal cannot be proven. If you bought a car from someone and they said it runs good, but you get home and it doesn't run very well, then you're out of luck. Its your job to know what you are buying before you pay for it.Does anybody know what is the law in uae if someone sells car by false advertisement and it is proved false ?

Isn't that United Arab Emirates ??

Don't they chop off people's arms for stuff like that?

Good Luck...
