How do I sue for false advertisement?

I went scouting the local garage sales this past weekend. I finally found one I liked and the woman says it is not for sale.





Also I would like to know if I can add assult and battery to the suit as the woman who was having the ';garage sale'; punched me when I said ';Well if you are not selling your garage, why didn't you list it in the paper as a ';Garbage Sale';?';How do I sue for false advertisement?
Are you sure the woman didn't punch you for


';Attempted Humor in the First Degree';?


If that's the case, then her actions were definitely ';justifiable';,


and you don't have a garage, case, or leg to stand on.





As for the alleged ';assAult and battery';,


you should also be arrested for


';Mangling the English Language in the Third Degree';,


punishable by having to ingest pepper for the ';assault';,


and getting your battery ';discharged';.





Also consider seeing your physician


to have your ';funny bone'; examined,


and have it stimulated with a swift kick to the coccyx.





Please also consider reducing the number, type, and level


of psychotropic drugs you are taking,


as they have made you exceedingly delirious.

haha, yeah right, call me, I'll be your attorney. We're not suing for the assault because with all this B.S., I think you deserved it. :)
I think that you need a good cold shower, if you had taken your mum or a carer with you then this situation would not have arisen, in future do not go out on your own ok
Here's what I found out - I tried to sue about a year ago for the same thing... we had just bought a new house and it desperately needed landscaping so I found some yard sales advertised in the paper and we went looking. I found one we liked and made an offer...only to be told that it wasn't for sale. there was no assault, but it was clearly false advertising. I called every lawyer and no one would take the case... but that was in the US, so things might be different for you! Good luck and let me know how it turns out.





P.S. Now, I drive around and make sure to tell people walking up to the various yard sales in my neighborhood not to be fooled... The yards aren't for sale. No one has thanksed me yet, but I'm sure they all appreciate the effort

Of course you have legal recourse to someone who punched you simply because you said something they didn't like.





Call the cops!!
And when you're finished you can sue Gap for not selling ';gaps'; and American Eagle because they aren't selling birds!

study martial arts - they teach you to read body language so that you anticipate the blow and block it - countering with a killing blow of your own, then the garage could have been yours. sheese -- another one bites the dust.
lol....your a loser....when it says garage sale that means there having a sell in the garage.their not trying to sell their garage and your were on her propety so i dont think nothing can be done on the battery or assualt thing....ur funny
