Can i sue for using my pictures and false advertisement?

i have been told my pictures are on a site that claims i'm using a product of theirs. when i actually see it, i will take a picture and i will file a lawsuit. can this be done? Can i sue for using my pictures and false advertisement?
YES you can

go make your millions girl :DCan i sue for using my pictures and false advertisement?
I doubt it. A photo can be copyrighted, but the person in the photo doesn't automatically own it. Your image, the light that reflects from your face, is not yours. If someone else took a picture of you, and you weren't aware of it, it can be used. If you posed for a picture, such as a model does, then they can do what they wish with that too, provided you released it.

As for the false advertising, that's not false. They're not making false claims about the product, they're just lying about who uses it. I think that's legal.
Yes, you can file a lawsuit because they are using not just your picture but you to sell their product. Whether you are using that product or not doesn't matter because you never gave them the rights to a picture of you to use to gain other customers. That is false advertising and fraud. Good Luck.
Well, it will depend on the way the photo is taken, and whether they have the proper model releases. If it is you, and if they don't have the rights to the photos, then you may have a case.

Odds are, any site that would act that way would be a small, poor one, so you may not get anything out of them.
Yes it can. A family did it just the other day because an add had their picture without their permission AND you can also sue for the false advertising too since you probably aren't using their product.
oh yeah you can that is so against the law it is not even funny its false advertising.
Yes. Noone can use your image to sell stuff without your permission.
