thank for your answersFalse advertisement by the Employer, What to do ?
There are a couple of issues surrounding employment contract law here. You are within your rights to demand that your employer keeps to the conditions that you were employed by. However, if the employer wishes to change your contract conditions they may do so with your consent. Here you hit a snag, because refusal to accept contractual changes is grounds enough for an employer to legally terminate your employment contract.
Another issue is that if you actually perform the requested tasks, and work to the newly requested times you are legally seen to have accepted these as contract changes.
As was mentioned above, you should contact the Job Centre and report this to them and they may put pressure on the employer to revert to the published information. However, there may be little more you can do except to hope that discussing this with the employer gets them to change back or find another job.False advertisement by the Employer, What to do ?
If everything else about the job is ok, keep working..
