I'm a full b/ small c cup so I'm not flat chested i want a lift for a special occasionIs it false advertisement if i wear a push up bra?

If its because your trying to fit in to a dress right or something like that go for it. But if its because your trying to get with a guy, that's a big disappointment when you think a girl has big boobs and actually in turn has small boobs. Not there's any thing wrong with small boobs I prefer them that way myself.
Don't worry, wearing clothes is ';false advertisement.'; Just try to look ur best while feeling comforable b/c ur going to send more time in a relationship with clothes on then off. (if not...get out of that relationship, unless ur having fun...)

A push up bra is a totally okay thing. Just try not to over do it. Don't try to pull off a padded push up, it will be too obvious.
Heck no! Your hair looks better when it's styled, right? Why shouldn't the girls get a little finesse? It's better than stuffing your bra or killing your body with implants! I say push 'em up until they hit your chin.

I prefer to think of a push-up bra not as false advertising, but as product enhancement.
No. My mother always tell me, 'if ya got em' flaunt em'. If you're wearing formalwear such as a dress, you actually fit more snugly into the bodice than without.
If it makes you feel good, then do it. If anyone bothers you about it and says it's lame, they're not worth your time.
