ordered a burger at bk in the drive through at one price then payed a higher price and they refused to stand by there sign. It was only 6.09 and i paid 7.49 but still they should of right? Is this false advertisement and what are my rights?
The first answerer is right. You had the right not to buy your food. They could always say they just forgot to change the sign when the price went up (which is probably true). They have no legal obligation to honor an incorrect price. Is this false advertisement and what are my rights?
You should have just driven off.
