Ultimately, you may have no choice but to initiate legal action. Your first step, however, should be to attempt to speak with the highest level person you can get at the company and make it clear to them ( without yelling or obscenity) that you will persue this with the Attorney General in your state and and theirs and the BBB and the media and every other legal means and you will Not let it go unless you recieve the refund to which you are entitled. Since they scam lots of people, they may decide that it might not be worth in your caseHow can i get my money back for a trip i didnt take because of false advertisement ?
See a lawyer and sue the company.
You probably paid with a credit card (I hope). Call them and you may be able to claim frauduelent advertising.
count your loses dude! the lawers will take so much money you could go on a trip around the world! just report it so others dont get sucked in!

sorry dude thats just the way people make money today so get used to it and be careful!
yes get a lawyer and try to find if there is a class action lawsuit against them
Contact the Better Business Bureau. You may want to contact your local TV news stations and see if they have a consumer reporter. In my city, the Fox affiliate does, and they investigate the company and make they look quite foolish sometimes.
